Our Digital LockDown service mirrors your hard drives and maintains digital copies of your data, computer, and server application software and current configuration, all of which is stored at a remote, off-site location.
KeyComm will accomplish all applicable data compression, mirroring, and copy services from your primary business location to KeyComm’s operations center each business day and after business hours. Server replication files will be mirrored monthly. In the event client declares a Disaster, and if client’s specified primary business location is intact, it is reasonable to expect replacement of damaged files within one hour, corrupted servers within three hours and network operation within eight hours.

KeyComm will provide:

1. Mirroring and imaging of your server configuration, applications and data.
2. Daily data-backup and system checks daily (on business days, after normal working hours.)
3. One gigabyte of compressed data transfer on a weekly basis.
4. Server imaged and mirrored and data moved to back-up server.
5. Testing and upgrading of KeyComm’s security equipment and software.
6. KeyComm Management Server installed at your specified primary business location.
7. Periodic quality and performance monitoring.
